Who is the Future Leaders Program designed for?+
FLP is designed for students and emerging talent who want to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world expectations. It can be adapted for institutional cohorts across disciplines.
How long is the program?+
The core journey runs for 24 weeks (6 months) with approximately 144 guided learning hours, plus portfolio and capstone work.
Is FLP only for students looking for jobs?+
No. The shared foundation prepares every learner with future-ready skills, after which students can accelerate toward Career & Placement Readiness or Higher Studies & Global Education.
How practical is the curriculum?+
The recommended learning design is approximately 15% concept, 25% coached practice and 60% application, with weekly skill sprints, applied projects, simulations, portfolio outputs and a capstone.
Does the program teach AI responsibly?+
Yes. Students learn useful AI workflows alongside source verification, privacy, bias awareness, citation, intellectual-property awareness and the principle that human judgement remains accountable for the final output.
